Smoky quartz is known to be a pain-relieving stone that is said to relieve on many levels, both physically and emotionally. It is said to be able to help you as a user free yourself from blockages and emotional traumas that are holding you back. Through support, positivity and balance, it gives you the opportunity to find inner peace and harmony, a calm that can withstand the stress around you and act as a shield against energy thieves, external negative influences and ill-wishers.
