Agreement for dealers
Delivery terms and conditions:
Company: to trade in Andekvartsb2b (Andekvarts Gross) you must have a registrated company. Only approved customers see prices etc. If you want to become a resller with us make your application today, you will find the application form on the top of the page.
Credit check: all applications undergo a credit check before reseller approval.
Prices: all prices in Andekvartsb2b are greatly reduced, recommended prices please see our private side Andekvarts.se Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment options: payment can be made to Klarna, Swish, Paypal, advance payment or own invoice. Delivery note or order confiramation is included in the package.
Late payment. in case of late payment, reminders are sent throught email, if payment is not settled after 2 reminders your case will be forwarded to KF. Interest invoice will be added.
Minimum Order: The minimum order is currently SEK 1000 exkluding VAT at each purchase. If you want to place an order from other EU country please contact us and we will help you find a solution.
Shipping: Shipping cost is added to all packages with SEK 120. Free shipping on orders over SEK 5000 excl. VAT Applies only in Sweden. Outside Sweden within the EU the cost is SEK 250
Delivery to your store: When choosing a company delivery the company must be open for delivery. If the package cannot be delivered, because no one is there the client will be charged an additional delivery cost. The shipping companies fee only refers to 1 delivery attempt. If you want to be sure you are in place for delivery please contact Schenker.
Delivery: If you do not requst shipping to your company the shipping will be deliverd to your deliver point.
Delivery Time: Shipping takes place within 1-3days after you placed your order. Monday to friday.
Andekvartsb2b's Product Responsibility: We buy goods/products from large parts of the world, today we have a wide network of reliable suppliers. Many times we buy directly from the miner or manufacturer to reduce intermediaries. We check that no child labor or slavelike conditions occur as far as its possble.
Right of Withdrawel/Exchanges: Companies do not have the right to cancel the purchase, the same applies to if neccesary to change.
Misspellings: We reserve the right to misspellings, factual errors, changes and final sales etc. The images on the page should be seen as a recommendation on what a product might look like. Unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete information etc: Incomplete information such as incorrectly spelled names, telephone numbers, etc. you as a customer are responsible for. If the package is returned, we charge a fee of SEK 150 to send the package again. If you do not want your package, we charge a handling cost of SEK 299 excluding VAT to cover return fee and handling.
Damage to the package: Damage to the package: If you discover damage to your package, this must be reported immediately to the delivery point. Do not retrieve a damaged package.
Check your package: Check: Always check your package upon receipt, the retailer has a duty to inspect all goods must be checked within 8 days of receipt.
Complaint: Andekvartsb2b reserves the right to approve any. complaint. If the product is broken or damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately, preferably via email [email protected], tell us how the product etc. is damaged / broken. Feel free to send pictures taken in daylight against a white background. After contact, the product may need to be sent to Andekvarts AB. If we approve the complaint, we will reimburse for shipping costs. And sends new or equivalent product by agreement.
Secondary complaint: If your customer bought goods from you as a retailer and the product is complained about, you as the retailer are responsible for this. Andekvartsb2b disclaims all responsibility for the products when they are sold from the retailer. This also applies to products that your customers choose to send back, etc.
Copyright: Photos and texts belong to Andekvartsb2b, which owns the right to all production. We have copyright on all photos, images and texts. No copying is permitted. We have previously approved that images from us are used on the clients website, but never on other sale sites such as CDON, FYNDIQ, TRADERA, INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK etc.
In case of abuse of this trust a minimum of SEK 300/image is charged.
Inactive accounts: Inactive accounts are regularly cleaned from the system. If your account has been deactivated, a new application must be made.
Personal Data Act:
Your personal data is handled in accordance with current provisions in the Personal Data Act. SMS sending the mobile number you enter at checkout, may be used for SMS notification of delivry or other communcation concerning your order.
GDPR - Integrity policy:
This policy is a discription of how Andekvarts AB (556950-8707) handles your personal data. The integryty policy shows how we collateral your personal data with current personal data laws, so you can feel safe when you leave your company and personal data with us.
Collecting information:
In order for you to be able to purchase our goods or services or other information we must collect certain personal data. We collect information from when you order our products through our website, contact us through our website or apply for an login as a retailer or newsletter. The collected information regarding ordering of products or services include your name, e-mail, phone number, companies organization number and adress to your company. Upon registration of our newsletter we save your email address.
